Spinbloom — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing Spinbloom (the "App") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the App on a device you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or redistribute the App or its content except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Coins, boosters, cosmetics and "Remove Ads" are licensed virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded except as required by law or by the store's own refund policy. Purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices may change. We may adjust the game economy (for example, rewards or level design) at any time.

4. Advertising

The App shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Rewards are granted when the ad provider confirms completion; we are not responsible for ads that fail to load.

5. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or otherwise interfere with the App or its services. We may suspend features for accounts or devices that violate these Terms.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. Live events and rewards may have limited availability. Game progress is stored on your device; we are not responsible for loss of progress caused by deleting the App or changing devices.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its name, artwork, music, code and content are owned by Senu Games or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senu Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate this license if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
