Tiplane — Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Senu Games ("we", "us") operates the mobile puzzle game Tiplane (package / bundle id com.senugames.tiplane, the "App") on Android and iOS. This policy explains what data the App handles, why, and the choices you have. Tiplane is a single-player game: you do not need an account and your progress is stored on your device. By using the App you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

• Game progress — levels, coins, boosters, Kinetic Shelf progress, cosmetics and settings are stored only on your device in a local save file. They are not linked to your name or to any account; the App has no user accounts.
• Gameplay analytics — anonymous events such as level started / completed / failed, moves and boosters used, screens opened and features used, tied to a random app-instance identifier (Firebase Analytics), together with device model, OS version, App version and the country Google derives from your IP address. We use them to balance levels and improve the game. No names, e-mail addresses or free text are ever sent.
• Crash and performance data — crash traces, device state and breadcrumb logs (Firebase Crashlytics) so we can fix bugs.
• Remote configuration — the App fetches game settings (Firebase Remote Config) using the same anonymous instance identifier.
• Advertising identifier — the App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may process your device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) and coarse device data to show and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent through Google's consent platform before any ad is requested; without consent only non-personalized ads are shown, or none. The App does not include any cross-app tracking SDK and does not show the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Purchase receipts — in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. We receive a transaction identifier to deliver and restore what you bought; we never see your payment details. Purchase events (product id only, no amounts or card data) are also recorded in our analytics.
• Notifications — reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device, only after you enable them. Nothing is sent to a server.

3. What we do not collect

No name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos or files. There is no chat, no social features and no account creation. We do not sell personal data.

4. Third-party services

• Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (advertising, consent) — Google Privacy Policy, AdMob ad technology providers.
• Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config (analytics, crash reporting, live configuration) — Firebase privacy.
• Unity In-App Purchasing (purchases) — Unity Privacy Policy.
• Google Play / Apple App Store (payments and distribution).

These providers process data under their own policies and may use it for the purposes described there (for example ad measurement and fraud prevention). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries under their standard contractual safeguards.

5. Your choices

• Ad consent — in the EEA/UK/Switzerland you can change your choice at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy options inside the App. You can also reset or limit the advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads; iOS: Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking).
• Remove Ads is available as an in-app purchase and removes interstitial ads permanently; rewarded ads remain optional and are only shown when you tap to watch one.
• Notifications are local reminders only, never requested on first launch, and can be switched off in Settings or in your device settings.

6. Deleting your data

On-device data (all game progress and settings) is deleted when you uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data linked to your app-instance identifier can be deleted on request: e-mail hello@coachon.ai with the subject "Tiplane data deletion" and, if possible, the device model and approximate install date; we will delete the associated Firebase data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple are governed by their policies.

7. Children

The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Retention and security

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months and crash data for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted or aggregated. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Game progress stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

9. Legal bases and your rights

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or similar laws apply: purchases and app functionality rely on the performance of our contract with you; crash reporting, aggregated analytics and fraud prevention on our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the App; personalized advertising on your consent. You may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to object, to data portability, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad consent choices described above.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page and update the effective date above. When material changes occur, the App will ask for your consent again where required.
